Terms of Service

1. Service scope

The website provides, among other things:

• Browsing of artwork catalog pages.
• User account creation and profile management.
• Email/password sign-in and Google OAuth sign-in.
• Reservation request submission and tracking.
• Reservation statuses (REQUESTED, CONFIRMED, CANCELLED, PAID).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use account or reservation features.

3. Eligibility and account registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable without written authorization.
• You are responsible for activities carried out through your account.
• The website may refuse, suspend, or delete accounts in case of abuse or fraud.

4. Authentication and security

• Sign-in can use email/password and, when available, Google OAuth.
• A manual anti-bot reCAPTCHA v2 challenge may be required.
• Privileged accounts (admin/dev) may require stronger controls, including 2FA.
• Temporary lockout may apply after repeated failed sign-in attempts.
• You must keep credentials secure and report compromise without delay.

5. Google Auth Platform sign-in

• Google sign-in is optional and depends on provider availability.
• The website uses Google Auth Platform strictly for identity authentication.
• If OAuth is unavailable or denied, email/password authentication may still be required.

6. Artwork reservations

• A reservation is a request and does not automatically form a sale.
• Submitting a request may place a 72-hour hold on the selected artwork.
• If no workshop confirmation is issued within that period, the request may expire/cancel.
• The workshop may accept or reject requests based on availability, coherence, and operational constraints.
• Status tracking is available in the account area when signed in.

7. Prices, payments, and custom work

• Displayed prices are indicative unless expressly confirmed in writing.
• Reservation confirmation is not automatically an invoice.
• Custom work is not guaranteed and may be declined.
• Final price/payment/delivery terms are confirmed case by case.

8. User obligations

• No impersonation or false identity/data submission.
• No bypassing security, rate limits, or authentication controls.
• No disruption of service (abusive scanning, scraping, deliberate overload).
• No unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful use of the website.

9. Intellectual property

Content (text, visuals, photos, trademarks, artworks) is protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.

10. Service availability

The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security operations, technical incidents, or force majeure. Continuous uptime is not guaranteed.

11. Limitation of liability

• The service is provided "as is", subject to applicable law.
• The operator is not liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, data loss, or business interruption.
• Where liability is legally established, it is limited to direct and foreseeable damage.

12. Suspension, restriction, and account termination

The website may suspend, restrict, or terminate account access in case of Terms violations, fraudulent use, intrusion attempts, or security risk.

13. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge having read that policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The online version in force at consultation time prevails.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law, including the French Civil Code, Consumer Code, Digital Economy Act (LCEN no. 2004-575), and Intellectual Property Code.

In case of dispute, and subject to mandatory legal provisions, French courts shall have jurisdiction after good-faith attempt at amicable resolution.
